Everything we collect on our journey is valuable in becoming who we are meant to be. Our life journeys can challenge us as humans in all sorts of ways. These challenges can sometimes be difficult, overwhelming, or just a lot of change in general. All humans handle change and situations differently in their own way. During times where we feel that extra support would be beneficial in a few different ways- we seek help from other humans.

Blue Skies Talk Shop was created with the belief that talking is a very important way of coping and growing through change. There is nothing better than humans helping humans. I wanted to create an open atmosphere to discuss and listen to individuals' thoughts and opinions.
